On Wednesday, December 4, northbound I-15 will be CLOSED between Russell Road and Tropicana Avenue from 9pm until 5am. During this time, southbound I-15 will be reduced to 3 lanes from Flamingo Road to Hacienda Avenue.

The following ramps will be CLOSED during the southbound I-15 full closure:

• Russell Road on-ramp to northbound I-15
• Westbound I-215 ramp to northbound I-15 (access to Frank Sinatra Drive and Russell Road maintained)
• Las Vegas Boulevard ramp northbound I-15
